Ah, frostbite engine. I have heard many a story while sitting in my igloo. They say it cannot be killed, they say it's icy grasp is inescapable and it's hunger for human flesh unmatchable. It also makes you mildly uncomfortable when you stay out in the snow too long. the programmng is superb. The numbing of fingers is so realistic.

This thread is getting more and more surreal, ooooh, there's an Aardvaak sitting on one of Dali's shoulders.....

Or is that just the cake talking?

Oh, let me explain the frostbite engine. You see, when fpsc was first created they didn't want it to be tooo awesome, otherwise the product line would die. It turns somebody quite clever dug deep enough and round a whole handfull of commented out lines that improved awesome by around 45%, along with removing the
(converted to basic for the... more basic)
for i = 1 to 100, 000
i = cos(tan(sqrt(i^3)))
next i

lines throughout.

And that was the birth of Frostbite.

-_- This is pretty pointless lol. I guess you can remove me from the credits. lol

My Mind is very odd, it can memorize hundreds of commands, memorize 2 dictionary's worth of words, and make detailed 3D models. Yet my mind has trouble with the most simple calculations.

Well, it looks like it has begun, what we were all afraid of. It was inevitable that the competition would try to steal our talent. I mean, how terrible it must be for the "previously major" game companies to watch the progress of The Most Awesomest Game in the World - Ever. The bits and pieces posted here, and no doubt some of what has leaked out of the koalas and wallabies, has them shaking in their bland and broken games boxes.

So tell us travis gatlin. Who was it and how much did they offer you? A mere pittance of what you would make from being in the creditz of The Most Awesomest Game in the World - Ever, I'm sure. Still, it's up to you, but once they have tortured you and gleaned all the information they can, they'll probably kill you. I mean, what choice do they have?

Brian.

Dark Frager,
Innovative and brilliant code, but...

should be...

You forgot to initialize parameter.

After testing, I've found that AI is now "dingo aware" and responds almost instinctively. The randomness and fluidity is awesome to watch, almost humorous at times. I've never seen anything quite as human. You are a credit to the team.

Brian.

EDIT: Randomly looping the last two lines results in a dance-dance scenario that's quite amusing. I think it wold make a great "out-take" video for the promo.

Geez! And here I was thinking that I had lost touch with reality, and had lost my mind ( maybe it was xplosys' plants), but after reading this thread, I feel so much better about my mental state. One question though, why is the water in the john twirling in the wrong direction?

Well, uhh.... You left your account details on the first page, so I sorta went on your account. And there were SOOOOOO MANY buttons. I also managed to find out many cool things I didn't know. I think I might have banned someone. There wasn't an "unban" option so, yeah. Also, I thought Cosmic Prophets account was interesting so I got the details of that. OHHH MAN, I could not handle it. I had to make up something clever to write as CP.

Yeah.

Ugh... you guys know you cant make a MMO in FPSC? You need c++

c++ has like a 100000 people online at same time and million polys. Professionals use it. i learn c++ in like a week.

We have that covered. I already program in VB, C#, C++.

But thanks for the idea of polys. We do need more polys- our poly count is getting low.

Add polys to the store list.
