Im gonna try to rebuild the game and see what the details are. Basically the game just stops responding really and then it goes into a debug error when im on the test game...

Memblock errors are normally due to using a version of FPSC that the Mod was not designed for.

Please remember, the version up for download works with V1.15 only. Using any other version will normally derive a memblock error.

Also, it is WISE not to use old maps when changing versions of FPSC or installing a Mod over your current version of FPSC. To prevent any sort of incompatabilities, please remake your levels after altering your FPSC version.

S4real speculated with me on MSn that perhaps you built your game as a single player game, but saved the level as an MP map. He said that he recalled a similar problem and that was the reason behind it. Can you double check that, please?

Well yes, i needed to merge the scripts into the correct 'sequence' in order to set up all the charactors and switches, so ye... How else is it possible to do, i guess i could set up all of these entitys automatically in a new entity...

Alt Fire is set up in the gunspec. After that, simply press the weapon key for the weapon you're using to swap between alternate firing mode and regular firing mode. (Ex. If you have the weapon in slot 1 equipped, press "1" again to toggle between modes)

Yes, it's still the same weapon but using different animations and probably a different firing type (like raycast or flak)

I've got an error with S4Mod on my other DIY PC: WHen I start up test game, it comes up saying "FPSC Game has stopped working" and closes . It works fine on this PC but not on my other one. THe DIY PC specs are:

1GB RAM (soon to be 2GB)
AMD Athlon 64 X2 2.3GHz Dual Core
ATi Sapphire Radeon 4550 512MB DDR3 & DirectX 10
Vista HP

This PC:

3.5GB RAM
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0GHz
nVidia GeForce 8400GS 512MB DDR2 & DirectX 10
Vista HP (different license registration)

Any thoughts? Sorry about the bump too .

SikaSina Games: If you are using FPSC 1.15 and S4MOD 2.0 thats your problem,install FPSC 1.09 to work.If its an outdated Project Blue,same problem.

S4, do you remember the sound bug experienced with S4 mod? Upon trying the latest release, I had this problem with the blaster that was packaged.

Well here are the major problems:

After building a game or testing a game FPSC crashes.

A multiplayer game which has been edited in singleplayer wont build.

My multiplayer games set up for TDM cause all characters to die once chosen and then you can not reenter the game.

All singleplayer (and normal multiplayer) games that have been built, once opened, there is a black flash and then it shuts down the game.

The above are my biggest concerns, if they can be sorted then i will be very happy with this mod.

@ Arenas ; We will look into these issues, do you still have these issues with normal fpsc (no mod).

Strange why you getting these problems as the multiplayer features have been tested out the most and none of these issues have every come up.

I have run into a couple of game breaking issues with Blue Mod.

1. Without the mod I can place my Egyptian weapons in the level (TGC Store -> Luke314pi) just fine. With the mod they are gone and not to be seen

2. Without the mod I have a stable framerate of 38. With the mod the framerate is 62 and the enemies are twice as fast as intended.

My system is a 3 GHz Core2Duo with 4 GB RAM, GF 8800, Win Vista with all updates and the latest DirectX. I am a registrered Blue Mod user.

No, rakker126 it is not. They move at ultraspeed - killing you in a few seconds with series of slashes that repeat at crazy speeds. It is not good.

Yes sure

I am using segments from model pack 8 (Egypt) from Rosstradamus. Model pack 17 from bond1 and the previously mentioned weapons from the TGC Store from Luke314pi.

The characters are Cleopatra 5, Isus Warrior 1 and Anubis Gold Statue. But all characters I have seem to be going at higher speeds. I will try to capture a small video asap.

The issues are present both in Build and Test games. Framerate is simply higher with the mod activated.

I should of course also mention that I am using a fresh install of FPSC with the latest v1.15 update.

edit: I have been testing a lot of the egyptian objects now and the problem with disappearing only seems to be related to the egyptian weapons. Everything else shows up fine with Project Blue mod.

edit 2: all characters seem to be twice as fast as intended. The problem is clearly seen with the standard "Aiko (Assault)" as she shoots like crazy at you but even clearer with the meelee characters from MP17 that moves at lightning speeds across the floor and push you around while stabing at a much too high speed. The problem also exists if I move a game to my laptop.

Yeah i had the same problem btw.

Not with soldier guys, but wuth spiders. They were that fast, that when i attacted i fell trough the wall with this mod... very weird
