The problem with all these mods is that when you finally have enough money to buy one, an newer better one comes out. I recon you should just make one ultimate mod and build on that

Anythng that you need help on you can ask me also I know Dark Basic Pro as well as scripting, so i may be able to help

yea, that would be a good idea. I know that efx mod 2009 is coming out soon and its got new shaders any everything and thats going to beet every mod out there. Make the ultimate mod that might even stop the migration

All these shiny, performance consuming, unstable shader effects are what makes a mod great?

I, personally, don't think so, and therefore disagree with that statement... of course the graphic makes a game more interesting alone from looking on it, but does it make a game great?

The scripting, the core behind it is what it makes great.

A game with a good gameplay, but a not so good graphic still beats a game like Crysis... even the old 2D Games can be more interesting than the new stuff that's around.

However, seems like a great mod, Hockeykid, I'm waiting to see more script additions.

Yeah, I think there needs to start being more disciplenary action for that sort of thing, because it is starting to get out of hand; seeing pointless arguments and spamming in every mod thread. It's not a compitition by any means, and 'omgz this mod has that, but my mod has this and this' is really starting to get annoying (especially considering here, where Hockeykid plans to release his mod free, there's no need to try belittling it with other mods.)

Yes it's starting to be very annoying. If I see anyone post in a mod thread about another mod I'll delete the post and put the poster on post approval for 5 days... This rule will be for all mod threads, keep discussion of mods to their own threads.

@hockeykid Sorry for going off topic in your thread. I'll leave this post here for a day or so, so people get a chance to see it and then I'll remove it for you.

i have soooo many ideas branching from that one script

(btw is this mod going to be free or not (i presume not, but i didnt see a price) if free can you please make it open source because theres like 20 mods i wanna get lol. i was thinking... once i get the money maybe i could pay the creators of each mod to combine for a super mod! till then... email me, i have sooo many ideas..

Not 100% sure at the moment but ill be making some ideas for scripts up when the release comes closer.

The plug 'n' play scripts will only be for Fenix Mod.

Lookin good, finally got headshots working? Beautiful.

As far as I've been informed, there is some fairly good speed, without any actual attempts to achieve it. I'll keep the numbers I heard to myself, and let Hockey tell you if he wants.

ok now by the way i dont want the up and down view to be dissabled very much i mean i want to have a litle bit of up and down view so that i wont be hard as hell to do some things..is that possible or i must stay happy with what i have?

Right now it completly diables the view but I can look into making a command to limit it.

That's a good idea, meteorite.

Instead of having "disable", why not have "limit"? That limit could be defaulted to 90, meaning they're limited to looking 90 degrees up and 90 degrees down.

After working your damned cam controls, you get used to the naming style.

Hope you eventually figure out Airmod, I've spent the better part of a couple hours just working on .5's timer. Some stuff isnt bad, but its murder when you get to the weapon handling :S

Still not done, but I only have about 10k lines left to sift through, which should take a half an hour maybe now that I'm done with weapons.

Which angle would that be? I think x is up/down, y is left/right, and z is barrel rolling.

That is correct.

Stick a pencil through a small piece of paper, hold the pencil in a position that represents the axis you're wondering about and rotate it... if you hold it sideways (like an x axis) and rotate it, the piece of paper will "look" up and down.

Of course, but, after a while you will notice that.

A. The player will fall through the floor when the framerate drops.
B. The player will NOT be able to move in multiplayer games.
C. There is bugs with weapons.
D. The Hurt hud has tons of errors.

I have been adding Airmod No Timer 0.6 into OriginMod (personal mod) And it is going well. Add that, most of it is copy pasting a little bit of tweaking but that is all. . Good luck.

The mod is looking great so far, lots of those commands sound like they'll be really usefull. I'm torn in decision of using this or applejuice, they're both very different but great mods and the only ones for the current version of FPSC.

Anyway keep up the good work, will be watching to see how this turns out.
