You need the folders shaders and media from the demolevel, and too the files noheight.tga and nonormal.tga and paste in your "Files" Folder

Update


Update of the shaders from Evolved
LoD system with 50-70% more performance.
Bloom with the best realism.
Water With BIG update, Realism like Ocean.
Depth of field with 80% more performance and Repaired.

Whenever i try to use on my games it makes the textures on everything black and white..kinda like the purple and black on source engine, but black and white =(.

You can use the command Water in the setup.ini, I dont know if It work in a trigger zone

The new water, bloom with adaptation, motion blur with out choops on low fps and new shaders work on fpsc, obviusly the ultimate is fpsc .
I have the shaders for the glass window of fpscreator, but I need the Number of the object for this. If I have this number I can use the shader.

Is it just the ambient that makes the new normal map shader on the segments looks pointy? Cause in the previous screenies the normal/parallax map looked much better

No problem! I thought the looks were modified thus making it look less realistic.

Anyway the new screens look fantastic Are you planning on a demo soon?
So we can check the new updates etc..

Yes I can create a new level for view the effects, anyways I need a new LoD system for BIG levels like hl2 or something. The DoF effect are in construction because not work perfect. the other things like bloom with eye adaptation, motion blur, etc work with out problems. Maybe I can repair the weapons later.

I have not followed this thread too closely since being new and there were some bugs.However this is shaping up to be a great mod.

First Have 2 bugs ONLY the weapons and chars, and its easy to repair, the weapons if I add the command object_add(currentobj,0,0,0,0) work but corrupt, and the chars work If I delete the commands "delete static objects"
The "bug" of test game its not a bug its a problem of the universe load and I not work now in this because Some others things need repair.

You need the demolevel and extract the folders "media" and "shaders" too the files noheight.tga and nonormal.tga, paste this in your files folder and use the mod.

LOL. Sure you only have 2 bugs but weapons and characters are kind of important.

Please get these fixed because as cool as your screenshots are we don't want them to plague what could otherwise be one of the most promising FPSC mods ever.

Download the Xara Demo level, and the release, extract the folders "media" and "shaders" too the files noheight.tga and nonormal.tga, paste this is your files folder and try again

HAHA you think are is easy? if you now anything. Its not easy to add on my modification. 500 lines add for work this. All features from Evolved added on my mod and work perfect.

Edit: Screens of the mod yesterday, because some people not view the other thread ^^

Added support to Specular mapping on Parallax mapping (Not Necessary Specular Texture). Bloom With Eye Adaptation, Parallax and normal mapping repaired without errors, Shadows dynamics without dropped performance and Normal mapping on objects or elements, etc.

Awesome, so the weapons fire, reload, etc., too? Sweet deal man.

This can obviously be fixed, but the maps you use for the wall/ceiling textures are wayyy to strong/high contrast.

2 cores of processor for the Post-Processing effects. Its possible use 1 core (Intel HT only).
Geforce 8600gt 512mb NOW ddr2 only its necessary or more..
1gb of ram or more.

Hey every one! this mod is looking great. I went to test out the mod for my self but when I try and test a game, it immediately says "Cannot create cube map" or something along those lines. Could anyone help me out?

In your version you can't test game, The version for this are 1.6.5a, the current version is 1.5
