I challenge you to beat my mad drawing skills a few pages back Quik.

Also I accidentally came across a review for my fanfic on the Gran Turismo forums of all places. Guy there liked the writing, said it was a bit cliche, but I kinda wanted it like that for my first fic.

Also found myself singing Winter Wrap Up while working, and damn, that main course was wrapped up on time!

I wonder if there's some secret movement on the rest of the forum to snuff this thread out, or a chat in the Moderator's lounge about nuking it?

I've been wondering too... But more that the mods most likely steer clear of this teritory, and we could probably get away with anything, not that we'd try Actually, the forums are so sarcastic you almost could get away with anything, well almost, sorry quik

I've been thinking of making some kind of fan-something too... but it'll wait.

and lastly, The winter wrap up song is great EXCEPT for the chorus. It's like it builds and builds and the epic moment IS!!! mellow and cliche. Still catchy though.

Has anyone else noticed how amazing MLP:FiM's 3D sound is? Their voices are dampened through doors and other objects, and you can even hear what direction the sounds coming from

I made one too, but I don't feel like smoothing all the rough edges, of which there are tons. And I decided to go with the movie Cutie Mark because I'm always making movies with my friends and I'm the best actor, the editor and writer, and the director. With all those rolls, I never get the good acting roles though. Next year I'm pursuing acting by trying out for our annual Christmas play, Yes Virginia There is a Santa Claus. I'm tall (for my age), chubby, and I sweat easily. When I do sweat, my cheeks go all red. And I guarantee I'll get sweaty that night. So what do I try out for? Santa. :3

Nah, I don't think they'll change it significantly, as they're well aware it's incredibly loved as is.

As far as season two affecting fanon? Well, the characters for Luna, Derpy and alot of the background ponies have been entirely fanon so far. Some people reckon it's gunna kill alot of older fanfics, but with new characters likely to come in, it'll spawn a new generation.

I mean look at Trixie, a One-Ep Pony that's suddenly got about 80 fanfics about her on EDaily.

About Trixie, she's really good for writing redemption stories, and my two favourite fanfics take opposite directions on this and are incredibly awesome. Her character in the show is great for purpose. She's a...female dog, her voicing, mannerisms and such pull this off great.

If you want to see why she's so loved in fanfics, look up Out in the Cold, which is a really well-written redemption story for her that's surprisingly heartwarming. The other one is The Ballad of Twilight Sparkle, which is pure comedy genius, and makes her a much more likable character.

I read about half of the first "The Ballad of Twilight Sparkle." It was actually pretty funny, I just couldn't stand the authors random paragraph breaks and need to cram in all the story after any speech. "said whoever causiously while collecting the letters but suddenly stopping to act as if...." It still was mighty clever, I just felt like I should post back here again. You do have to wonder about how they say pinkie pie sure knows how to throw a party. Anyways I had thought about a sequel to the pilot episodes if it sounds interesting, or isn't already done to death or whatever. I can do anything though. (well I mean write about anything XD)

Sad thing is sequels to the pilots are done to death.

If you take an interesting direction on it you might get some praise, but the whole Tyrant Celestia/Sad Luna/Secretly Plotting Luna/Sad Celestia and about a millioon other takes on the pilots.

My first idea was that Nightmare's army of the moon had remained dormant on the moon's darkside and were to decend down onto equistria upon her call. But the call never came. A year later they did yadayada... ponies in the shadows... regular episode like things continue.

And seeing that shadow ponies can only be in the shadows. They'll have to stop the minions before sundown, when there isn't a place they can't go.

But I'm not going to have any pinkie pie laughing at them to make them go away If she's in there, she'll be pinkie pie, but I always thought that laughing song was a bit over the top.
