Looks like my logo is still being used, albeit slightly modified in the sigs. =P

If Tauru was still being made in DBP and not XNA I would've loved to see him in there.

The new Cheeseburger model by Micophone. He has also worked on an improved Kel, and has started working on two... special characters.

Okay, I'll send the critics to Micophone. Up to him to see whether he wants to change something about it.

My apologies to Deathead and one free trip around the sun (lasts the coming 24 hours) to make it up to you.

Credits for the Cheeseburger model go to Deathead (main modeller) and Micophone (revisions).

We could, but personally I doubt we'll be giving out a demo before it's in beta stages. I'll discuss it with the team... Maybe we'll just release information on one of the still secret characters...

Umm...the earth completes one full revolution in 24 hours. A "trip round the sun", as you put it, takes about 365.25 days; 8766 hours. Sorry to be picky!

Back on topic, the project looks to be coming along well and I'm really glad it did the complete opposite of fall apart when people dropped out!

Okay, a little update then!

It's been a while, but we're going strong with the project. We're in need of something now, though, so here goes:

We're looking for someone who can efficiently rig and animate characters with a wide range of attack and defense animations. This would include about 27 animations per characer for what at this moment is about 12 characters.

And to keep people happy, some updates!

An updated version of Burger Man, with slightly molten cheese!

And some info! We got some new characters! The first one we're extremely close to acquiring is Geisha from Cash Curtis' highly anticipated upcoming game Geisha House.

Also, Michael Garett from SW3D Games titles Riftspace and Evochron Renegades will be making a visit to the TGC Heroes mayhem.

And another one we now got permanently we'll be keeping a bit in the dark... literally. In foggy darkness...

Good job with the new burger man (Microphone?). Geisha should make this game tons more popular, as well.

I can rig and animate fairly well, but my computer has been messed up lately making it nearly impossible to do anything 3d, and therefore 27 animations for 12 models would take me an eternity. This said I would be willing to animate 1 or 2 characters so that you can get the animation coding done. I may be able to do more after I get my computer fixed, but who knows when that will be.

Why, that would be very cool indeed. Could you sign up at our forums, please? You'll be credited for your work.

This does not mean we're no longer looking for animators/riggers! Please react if you've such skills and some time to help out!

I've got a rough version of the PoPR level done, how long do you want the level to be? I'll post a pic up of two options and you can tell me what one you want. Obviously textures are temporary, and blue is representative of some object, not necessarily the shape of the object, just in that general area. The big blue on the left is a ship, and the elevated blue and ramp up to it is representative of the lookout post and nets leading to it.
Longer version:

Shorter version:

I must object to the hotdogs in Recre John being called Donuts. Mainly because they don't look like donuts. (I apreciate this has nothing to do with anything in this page, but page 4.)

And also, isn't donut spelt Doughnut?

I immediatly recalled when I wrote that, because I was having a hilarious discussion about the relation between donuts and pornography with a friend of mine. He claimed that the essence of pornography was captured with the form of a donut.

My apologies for this error, C0wbox.

John is from the Hotdogs. Not donuts. Final.

I was going to, but I saw that you didnt have list or thread about this and I wasn't sure how you wanted to organize compiling such a list. I assumed you wanted the team to decide together what attacks or whatever for each character to have.
