Lol!

Anyways, I just replaced S4's timer code, and I've managed to correctly time player movement speed, enemy movement speed (I think) and weapon animations (to an extent). The weapons are tricky, cause Lee in his great wisdom decided different gunstates should have different animation speeds

I'm gonna adjust my changes for the timing system, send them off to urlforce, maybe do weapon swapping and then do the DarkAI stuff

Is it possible to let characters (in multiplayermode) spawn with 2 weapons?
(Do I need some sort of program (like this one) or is it possible with FPE (e.g. hasweapon = ....)?

Why is everyone suddenly getting this impression? Just cause my to-do list is growing doesn't mean I'm actually all that excited, DarkAI is something I've worked with for awhile now and if I can just find the right places to put things it should be rather easy to setup. Some people are amazed by the features we're putting in, and, well, alot of my DBP projects had them from the start (okay, except bloom, that one's a killer)

Turrets idea, make turret a weapon that is immobile with a script that makes player immobile, when pressing a key the player gets that weapon and cant move, while the turret displays either a model or a hud.

@turrets: Have two halves for the turret. One static model at the bottom (say, a tripod) and an enemy model on top with no floor logic and static and shoot scripts. Of course, for best results you'd want custom models.

That's in a nutshell, anyway.

EDIT: wait, do you mean one you shoot from? Come to think of it, what else would it be? I was thinking like in BioShock!

ANOTHER EDIT: Hmm. here's a theory. Using a small variation of the hooverboard, you could approach the turret and use certain keys to move it left and right and another to fire. Could this work?

All I can say is "duh". I knew Bioshock did bad things to you

First off this isn't close to as free as DBP. This is FPSC! Not even FPSC X10! From the start new FPSC-ers are warned about FPSC's lack of effects, features and stability! You guys have changed most of this. I'm beginning to think Lee is slightly crazy. Here is every FPSC-ers dream and for a low price he could add it in and satisfy us. But instead he goes on the usual once every few months bug and small features path. I'm assuming this isn't vaporware but that's the only reason Lee wouldn't want add this mod. I mean $100 to each of you guys is nothing to TGC. They probably got that much off of MP13 sales! What's the feature list now? A sort of GPU instancing (speed upgrades) water and bloom, even stuff X10 doesn't have, currents (X10 port). Oh yeah and much improved multi-player. Plus more. This mod could pretty much knock out the Feature Creep (which is never listened to anyhow) except for the occasional "Vehicles!!111one" thing. You are to modest Airslide! To not be amazed you have to be nutters.

Yes we NEED that please TGC. Its OK to have separate MP and SP .exe's many games these days do, Q4, BF2 and COD to name a few. but having 10 .exe's is a little nuts.

I've wanted to make either seige of a shopping centre that requires some granite floors or a Matrix tribute game for ages.

Up till now I've just had to manage with bumpcubereflectalpha.fx, but with this I can get the reflection of everything above floor level perfectly.

Bond1 did it with the Egyptian pack of X10, and I was wondering wether it could be done here.
