Well I can say he did an awesome job on the larger map size. I don't get any lag from it. Right now I think he is working on a fix for the recoil system

Right now, I've mainly been working on the feature that The Next and I have planned, and that will be quite a large update. While he is on holiday, I will get back to the current beta, get everything in that back up like it should be and get everything finished up. Sorry that this is taking so long.

Yes, I had to tell the beta testers, so that they would know what they will be in for soon.

@soviet.

so the large area is functional and up and going?

if so

yippeekaiyai

if not so

i will send caffiene funds via postal orders or just post coffee

and i am intrigued as to this new addition but i am happy to wait, just knowing extra area and no lag makes me tap dance.

so just t get this straight

the next update will bring

1 fully area function
2 bits of iron sights
3 a new blow you away thing ( which the rest of x9 will just copy then taunt again )
but then x10 is more powerful than x9 as its an obvious progression. meaning ours will still blow x9 away in coping with it all.
4 recoil
anyway all good news i am still doing all my stuff on x10.

im curious to the new release and why its kept secret?

im all for surprises.

but i like to guess too. so here goes

split screen action

a moving sky system and all the trimmings

3rd person play

rumble pad

xbox conversion to play on xbox

fpsc x11

vehicle control

moving contollable lights

quad wielding

fpsc x12

or like x10 x9 saga....your updating to fpsc x8

faster game loading
(and testing mine takes ages for anything.)

@ gizmoguy

what do you mean they told you to go do one?

surely you made a copy of your serial i have it on my desktop in my fpsx10 docs and on a few mem sticks in case of what you said.

i also put it in a doc so can just copy n paste it in to speed things up.
have you re looked everywhere?.
have a full on tidy check your dvds every box and move furniture etc
i practically have mine in a safe.

sorry to hear of it gizmoguy.
so will you re buy? i mean it is quite cheap x9 these days.

So im up shed creek lol

looks liek il be ripping the house apart to find it :/

Erm, budo, is the local timer the same measurement as the stock timer e.g. 1000 = 1 second? I create a script which is secret right now, but the thing went straight from the first timer to the end. I know it wasn't a problem with the script, but there were multiple localtimergreater=x conditions, when the startlocaltimer was on the first state when it began. Any ideas?

so any idea of a release date yet? or are us lesser x10ers gonna have to wait even more,

are m.modders the type of creators who would eat the last piece of cake right in front of you and make mmmmmm yum yum yummy yum loud and as if its the best cake ever and will never taste like that ever again?

the particles on x9 are starting to look tidy, nice fogs emerging and stuff which is slightly annoying as we should have that ability. but im sure the what ever it is will be good enough to put a smile on our faces.

It will put a smile on your faces as for the release date only Budo could tell you my part revolves around what he is working on and most of it is in place already and just needs tidying up and actually putting on the user side of things.

I think the X9 particles will defiantly be beaten by this and with this update it will only be the beginning of so much more to come with it comes the endless directions we can go with FPSC X10 and it will beat FPSC X9 in one big area that the migration is not addressing, that's your clue.

No, I just like teasing

I really am probably one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, however, I'm a joker (I'm a smoker, I'm a midnight toker).

Here's a clue as to the OMG!!! feature:

well then i guess its multi player adaption.

but then ip knxrb is already addressing that!

i presume its making multi like single player.

im happy with my x2 area to be honest, that extra bit of room will make me happy.

i have not used multi player but good on ya for doing it.

i may have to explore it as effort time and teasing as gone into it. but then again i could be wrong.
and then again i might not be

head hurts

another hint be good any takers?

@ le shorte you big tease

re edit

so come on guys are we gonna be having tag team running around blowing things up if thats what you do in multi player.

never gone to net cafes to play games and sadly not enough friends with decent computers to challenge.

so this is why i never bothered with multi play.
i'd go down the pub rather than a net cafe.

but then i may be totally wrong and on the wrong path.

as tgc migration so far has not done many things, water, multi play, transport, quad wielding, x10 updates(ooooh), 2x area, better shaders, im jus kidding.

anyway as to what it is i have still absolutely no idea and hoping it is soon on my computer getting some hammer.heres to budokaiman
