ive released a few(5 of them),and i just noticed theres not 50,more like 25,ive accidentaly removed others,but theres many that havent been,wait a min for a screen,but i can also do models by request

Ok, they look good, just one thing: You cannot release any of the models not already released after sending them to me.
They would still be your models but you couldn't release them to other people afterwards.

Do you agree?

oh i got another idea for fpsc ip,what about LAN feature?

got 2 more,how about ban and kick player mode? ban blocks specified player ip and he cant access it until admin unblocks.kick does the same just for a specified amount of time

maybe player listing,fpsc ip makes a list of players that joined in the past,maybe show how many people are playing,a refresh button to see the new number,also maybe a timed start so fpsc ip launcher fires up at a specified time and hosts a mp game so when you sleep the app hosts a server and voila

Why would you want this?

It shows you how many people are in a game on the join game screen. To update it just click the 'refresh' button.

ping counter means whats the reaction time in miliseconds to the server,means 1-60 is kinda normal,but 600 like i sometimes get is like playing a game with 1 fps

How about auto port forwarding i know it can be done (if your using c++)

And a friends list one where you could join the game your friends in if there is a place open(kinda like on xbox live)

possible private chatting (not in game)

And mod and admin control's like the maker of the game's the admin and he can appoint mods.

And allowing the host to kick a player(banning a player from a certain ip might be cool to.)

Anyway hope my idea's help. And is there anyway to pay other then money and model's?

not leave just another app would be great,and when users desire a new upgrade and stuff for fpsc ip you make it,maybe a new app could be weapon rigging system,you simply import your weapon model,select what kind of animation you want(pistol,grenade,shotgun,machinegun) and apply objects to specified bones and you simply export,i would love that

I've got DBPro, Darklights and the FPSC source and I'm learning how to edit it so I may be able to do this soon

I think you should stick to this for now. Listen to people's feedback on the program and work to improve multiplayer functionality. This is something really useful, anything else would just be a gimmick. Not to say you should never work on other stuff, but I think you should maintain full support of this product, especially since it's just been released.

how about since now in v1.15 you can use a key bored a xbox controller or an xbox controller with inverted controls so why don't you have it so there can be an option like

Key bored and mouse-xbox controller-or xbox inverted controller

and then have you system change the setup.ini so the players don't have to.

And how about like on the list of game's that are being hosted next to the hosters name/ip you could have a bar that indicate how strong your connection is to them.

If you use that connection strength idea, you could make it more user-friendly by breaking it down into something like "strong", "fair" or "weak". Or just use colours to indicate connection strength. It's all about simplicity. (Although PC gamers generally know this stuff, so maybe I've just been dumbed down by consoles.)

Ok guys, after reading your comments and ideas this is what is going to be in the next feature:

1. Pinging for connection speed checking, will show speed as red/orange/green circle.
2. XBOX controller option.
3. Kicking player from game (host only).
4. Friends list to see if your friends are online or not, and possibly what game they are playing at the time.
5. Multiplayer levels shown in list instead of 'Next' and 'Previous' buttons (multi-level feature).

If your idea isn't in the above list then don't worry as it will probably be added in the future.

I'm thinking of putting this as a features pack you can buy so you would pay something like $15 and you would get all of the stuff from the list.

How about renaming the hosts ip to the level that they are playing.

If you need be to resize the banner i can. I didn't notice the height was so big.

What about allowing the host to set their own name for their game as well like this:
Example:

Game Name - (Current Level)
Red Clan's Game - (Forest)
TGC Clan Match - (Deserted Carnival)
etc...

I disagree (about the ip thing) In the event that they had to enter the IP manually, it would be a detriment not to have it. However, I agree that the level name should be displayed, or if they are in a lobby then have a message saying "in lobby".

knxrb, I'm just curious, do you play any FPS games? If not, you should look at some games like Rainbow Six Vegas to see how lobby features are typically implemented.

It could display the ip address in the lobby part?
I think I'm going to add the 'In Lobby' text as well, good idea

I do play Call Of Duty: World At War multiplayer on the Wii and Timesplitters multiplayer on the PS2 etc...
Is there something wrong with the way I'm doing the lobby system?

its gonna be pretty great with those features too,but maybe a MORE user friendly interface to set up your fpsc ip could be made,like a wizard but you can cancel it and set up stuff manually,and a nice,vista kinda looking fpsc ip will attract more people too,means design counts (oh and do i get the feature pack too or i have to make some more models?)
