You'll have to wait for TGC to release the v1.14 source or not have the XBOX controller

Is their a way you could set up FPSC IP so none of the players would have to forward their ports or is this a FPSC thing?

FPSC IP does not edit the FPSC source in any way except for the mod.
Therefore anything that must be done to get a normal FPSC multiplayer game running must be done for an FPSC IP game as well.

The beta will be ready sometime over the next 2 days

Testing the beta, there are so things I need to point out. I've made a game with tqwo maps. When I host, I go into the lobby. Now what's annoying is that the lobby refreshes every few seconds and you can see it constantly reloading. This makes it feel slow and awkward. If you could have it either automatically update or update without the player noticing (as it does a lot of flickering and pausing) that would help a lot. Also, didn't you say MP levels would be displayed in a list? Because I'm getting the next/previous feature. More importantly, when I go to start the game, it comes up saying m.exe encountered an error and needs to close. It then returns me to the lobby.

MASSIVE new multiplayer game coming soon!

OK thanks for testing it
I'll take a look at the reloading bit and see if I can get it less noticeable.
You should get a level list as your account has it activated so I'm not sure yet whats happening there.
Is the 'm.exe' error a windows error or a messagebox?

Hi therhino, I thought I sent you an email?
Nevermind, I'm no longer putting the XBOX controller support into Feature Pack 1 anymore due to an error with the file writing.
I may add it at later stage though if I can get it working

It's some code that reads a file, then depending on the data it will either host or join a game bypassing the nickname and ip screens.

So can you email me so I can send it to you?

FPSC IP app: Any version
FPSC IP Mod: v1.07-1.09

I've never tested it but it should work with X10 games as well.

Have u got the latest DirectX installed and are you using the FPSC IP mod or not?

When i build a game with fpsc ip something bad happens to my maps.
I build 10 levels. 9 of the levels are bad because the segments and entites are grey. --Image Attached--. Does anyone know what it could be?

I believe thats because of the way FPSC ip builds the levels. Try getting the textures from you fps creator root and manually put them in their selected path in the built game.

Yep, you can mix the games together
So you can have different versions for singleplayer and multiplayer and now that X10 works as well you can have some X9 multiplayer games and some X10 multiplayer games

Ok beta testers, I've sent you all the new version of the beta for you to test: FPSC IP V3.1 Beta 2.

The following have been fixed/changed:
1. Refresh flickering.
2. Pictures now display properly for multi-levels.
3. Frag & Time limit boxes enlarged.

I heard some where that when your system builds multiple levels it keeps the file so small because it doesn't take the files folder from each .exe. But each exe builds differently depending on the models used. So if in 1 level you used the stock media and in another you use a gun from mp 9 and it took the files folder from the game made with stock media then nothing for the mp9 gun would be in their like the texture and model. (as far as i know fps creator only builds models that are being used in the level.

He's making it where each level is a seperate game and then FPSC IP takes all the 'Files' folders and combines them into one so all levels have everything they need.

So technically all the needed objects and textures should be there, I just can't work out what's going wrong

If the ranking system we discussed is used in the end and s4mod is fully supported, how do you think scoring might change in team deathmatch games?

That's confused me a bit, how would it change?
Each person would still have a frag amount and they would be on the winning team or losing team.

So it will be scored no differently to deathmatch? Probably better that way anyway, stops people relying on their teammates so much. You know what, forget I said anything.
