I'm now just waiting for my beta testers to finish, if they find any more problems then I'll fix them and It will go back out to beta testers and if they don't find any problems then I'll release it.

One thing: the latest version you sent us in the most recent e-mail; does that include those green, orange and red files?

shoot at all the scripters you want, but remember that it is a sin to kill a programmer.

Download it
Build all the FPSC games into seperate games.
Run the 'FPSC IP Creator.exe' program.
Add all the games for multiplayer into list and if you want set a singleplayer game as well.
Set the build folder (must be an empty folder!).
Click 'Build Game'.

To make an expansion pack, run 'FPSC IP Expansion Pack Creator.exe' program and do the same as above except build it into a different blank folder.

I tried. fpsc ip did nothing. perhaps maybe you should release a youtube video in high quality showing EXACTLY how to do it as well as what it does to the game!

Can you send me a screenie of the folder after applying FPSC IP?
I'll make a video and post it later on or tomorrow.

Not particularly well, I've been caught between life issues, (see my other thread) coursework and a comatose state of procrastination... as usual. Nonetheless, I will get onto the beta testing ASAP and get back to you. Maybe we could play a test game.

@knxrb: is it cool if I use the beta to upload a new version of my S.M.I.L.E. industries MP map?

Yeah that's fine, it'll be great beta testing
Post the link on this thread as well because I think it will be the first game actually released with it applied

You'll have to put that it is the beta version of FPSC IP V3.1 though otherwise if something doesn't work it'll give it a bad name

knxrb, found a tiny glitch that u can hopefully fix.

when u select join and select which server, it lets the joiner still join w/ a "waiting to join" text on the screen. BUT u can STILL move around the camera.

u can do 1 of 2 things to fix this. u can stop the camera from moving. OR u can disconnect the player until the host is up.

preferably disconnect the player until the host is up.

isnt the 'waiting to join....' because you havt opened the ports?

and he cant make the players camera not move because that will take scripting in the source code.

you have to pay for this function dont you?

sorry if i got any of these wrong

Unfortunately that's FPSC and my program doesn't intefere with the actual source code in an way.

To get lobby & chat you must buy the lobby & chat feature, you can do this by sending me a message on the website contact page.

It's currently been removed from the download section as v3.0 no longer works due to the database changes required for v3.1.
I'm hoping to release v3.1 soon so keep checking the website or this thread for the new download.

v3.1 is currently with the beta testers and I'm now just waiting for them to finish testing it.
